    Cleaning your waist trainer is fairly easy. 

    1.Mix soap with hot water then soak your towel properly.

    2.Use the towel to rub the waist trainer softly in one direction.

    3.After cleaning use a dry towel to remove most water.

    4.Put your belt in a dry area for 3-4 hours.
